This slip has 100, 50 & 30 AMP shore power connections. The clubhouse has a pool & barbecue area, ice, showers/restrooms, laundry, a gym, conference room, mailboxes & a dockmaster onsite daily. As an owner in this 120 slip owner’s organization, you may also rent your slip through the marina office management or enter it into the transient pool for supplemental income when not using your slip.
