It has two bathrooms, one of which has a hot tube, and three bedrooms: one king bed, one queen bed and two twin beds. additionally, there is a sofa sleeper that can host up to two more people. There is also an electrically heated pool with different colored lights. The house has a fully stocked kitchen with: plates bowls, pots, silverware, toaster, storage containers, blender, and Delonghi coffee maker. The outside has a large screened-in lanai, electric heated pool with different colored lights and plenty of sun throughout the day. There is also a fifty – inch TV, Weber grill, two hammocks, four chaise lounge chairs, rattan sofa and outdoor dinning table for up to eight people.
