This is a TPC golf included unit of the much-loved Bellini floor plan. A 2/2 with a great water view. Use the elevator or just walk up one flight of stairs. All about convenience and watching the sunset and a bald eagle or two or three on occasion from your lanai. Giaveno has its own pool and grill area. Best of all if you are a golfer, the golf clubhouse is across the street, so you will still get some exercise from the sport despite the golf cart — and there is a great restaurant with lots of activities but not while you are eating (unless it happens to be a dance night). And remember there are TWO clubhouses. The second has an two exercise rooms with trainers, locker rooms with sauna and steam room, large outdoor bar with lots of TVS, waterfall pool, sand beach and yep, a great HAPPY HOUR with lots of friendly people! You won’t be lonely.
