Resort Style living is yours in the Second floor Diangelo (2 Bed, 2 Bath Plus a Den) with 1,366 square feet of comfortable and inviting living space. The Owner’s suite and bath are separated by a generous walk-in closet. The second / guest bedroom opens to a full guest bathroom as well. The dining room is located across from the Den which offers additional sleeping space in the form of a comfortable Queen Size Murphy Bed. There is a Brand New Sofa in the living room and the owners have the condo ready for you to enjoy your stay. The Veranda Condos offer a Front and a Rear Screened Lanai which overlooks the Babcock National Golf Course. The Babcock National Amenity Center includes a clubhouse, restaurant, tennis and pickleball courts, resort-style pool, lap lane pool and spa with a tiki bar & grill and a state-of-the-art fitness center, along with a sauna and Day Spa for your use. There is a also a kayak launch and fishing pier. (The Clubhouse and Restaurant will be coming in the near future.) This is a Pet Friendly rental. Additional HOA Fees and required paperwork are due to the HOA prior to the start of the lease. A 15 day pre-approval period is required prior to all arrivals.
